Integrations and Partners
Together we're better
ReferAll strives to integrate and partner with other solutions providers in order to ensure we are always offering our customers the very best of the marketplace, as a seamless part of the ReferAll software package.
Xn Leisure + ReferAll integrations
ReferAll and Xn Leisure have been collaborating for the past nine years, allowing Xn Leisure's Dimensions LMS to seamlessly integrate health-related referrals into Xn's Leisure Management Solution.
We've extended and upgraded the integration platform to Xn's Leisure Hub solution, strengthening the shared knowledge within customers’ accounts.
"ReferAll & XN integration offers us next level data by ensuring that any potential gaps regarding data collection & membership record set up are closed. This integration project has offered us the chance to be consistent in our delivery, make the process easy for our team & as a result offer us far more robust participant data."SARAH ROBERTSHead of Fitness, Places Leisure
DataHub + ReferAll connector
When it comes to reporting social impact, the inclusion of your ReferAll data with your 4global DataHub account is a game changer.
Through 4globals unique 'Social Value Calculator,' you'll be able to measure the social impact of your health-related services. The 4global teams have developed tools for impact measurement, including tools that can demonstrate the value – both financial and physical – of investments made in programmes that encourage people to be active.
In conjunction with your Leisure Centre data, ReferAll will automatically extract the agreed anonymised data fields from your schemes to 4globals DataHub on a regular basis.
EXi + ReferAll connector
This latest ReferAll integration means our customers will be able to invite their clients to create an EXi membership from within the platform, connecting them to EXi’s personalised, digital exercise programmes. The collaboration will mean ReferAll customers can offer an online, digital exercise delivery solution to people on their exercise on referral (EOR) and wellbeing schemes for the first time.
Exclusive offer for ReferAll customers
As a result of this partnership integration, our customers can take advantage of an exclusive offer for access to EXi Premium features. ReferAll customers and new customers who register their interest before 14/01/22 are eligible for this promotion.

CAWS® + ReferAll partnership
ReferAll collaborated with CAWS® in June 2021. We've built CAWS®-recommended questionnaires into ReferAll and we are delighted to offer our customers the following pre-built survey tools within your ReferAll platform:
- CAWS® Screening Questionnaire (all ReferAll customers)
- CAWS® COVID-19 Rebuild™ programme questionnaires (CAWS® customers only):
- Initial Consultation
- Medical Assessment
- Motivation Questionnaire
- Fitness Assessment
- Intervention point and Feedback questionnaire.
“We have people presenting with Long-COVID and after putting our instructors through CAWS® Rebuild™ training. Having CAWS® Rebuild™ questionnaires hosted within ReferAll means they’re secure, they’re accessible for everyone, and we can seamlessly transfer patents between schemes. Over time we’ll be able to report on the number of people coming to us with Long-COVID and profile what recovery looks like.”HANNAH DREWHealth & Wellbeing Officer Community Services, Stroud District Council
ukactive + ReferAll partnership
The first open access exercise referral database (NRD) in the UK is a result of our extensive collaboration with ukactive, Dr James Steele (Solent University), and the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM) in Sheffield.
“It’s been incredibly gratifying to see the hard work over many years from all involved in this mammoth project come to fruition. The NRD represents a progressive step forward for the sector by making this data openly available to the wider research community."
