Supporting you

The world as we know it has changed as a result of the recent COVID-19 outbreak. Disruption is the new norm, particularly for the elderly or those with underlying health conditions. Gyms and leisure centres are closed with no immediate sign of re-opening, and staff and members worried about what the future holds.

That said, the positive impact that physical activity can play on health and wellbeing regardless of age or condition, has never been messaged as strongly as today, providing a considerable boost to the health and fitness industry as it considers operationalising post COVID. With increasing demand and positive Governmental messaging, the industry's emergence promises to be significant, if somewhat adapted.

During this challenging period, we would like to emphasise that ReferAll is very much “open for business”. We are using some of our time to fine-tune our offering and look at ways that we can add value to the physical activity sector. As an example, we have commenced sharing a sample of the insights we are able to extract from our large aggregated data set on social media. If you wish to receive these insights please sign up, we look forward to sharing this exciting data with you!

In the meantime, keep healthy, stay positive, and be kind.

Working from home during COVIC-19

A word from Stu

On behalf of the ReferAll team I’d like to send our best wishes and support to everyone during COVID-19.

I would personally like to thank all our valued customers for continuing to support some of the most vulnerable members of our community - by keeping in touch during centre closures, by keeping people active in their homes with an incredible range of remote exercise solutions and by simply, being there for those people that possibly need to keep active the most!

If you would like to discuss any ways in which we can support you further, please feel free to contact me 0845 465 1052 or via

With thanks and warm regards,

Stu Stokes Co-Founder and MD
