Referral Pathways

The start of the journey for many lifestyle services. Getting data in to a system can be a time consuming job and one that often results in disappointment for the user. Our pathways are built to offer flexibility and to ensure data quality and appropriateness.

To increase the efficiency of the referral process we are proud to have integrated ReferAll with other software providers such as:

  • QMS Health Check Focus - once a health is made and rules met data travels seamlessly between our systems
  • EMIS Uploads - if using a merged template this form can be uploaded and processed direct in ReferAll without the need for further data entry

Online referral portal

Our online referral portal offers a unique way to receive referrals. Guidance and data checks are built in meaning that you only receive people that are appropriate for your service.

As a referrer the same portal can be accessed to receive progress information about people you have referred.

If someone visits your website and wants to submit their information to one of your services, our API connection can take this information and publish direct to ReferAll.

Once accepted by the Scheme Administrator an automated workflow can be triggered sending an SMS to the person notifying them of the service and next steps, all without the need for data entry.
